Urban dance - proposal Spaak

My proposal envisions a wall transformed into a vibrant painting and assemblage, incorporating objects and graffiti to form a cohesive ensemble. This artistic creation will be composed of eight OSB plates, each contributing to the overall aesthetic. The artwork reflects the beauty found in urban chaos, celebrating leftover materials and visual accidents through striking juxtapositions. The materials themselves—objects scavenged from the streets, layers of paint, plaster, spray paints, wood, and steel—embody the spirit of the city. These elements are meticulously layered and integrated, creating a textured, dynamic surface that invites viewers to explore its complexity. By using found objects and diverse materials, the piece captures the essence of urban life, transforming everyday items into a compelling visual narrative. This wall will not only be an artistic expression but also a testament to the beauty that can emerge from the seemingly chaotic and discarded elements of the urban environment.
